Sgioba Cottage Seaside Holiday Accommodation
Sgioba Cottage is perfectly situated accommodation for your holiday with in the charming village of Port Charlotte, which has been classed as an outstanding conservation area. The cottage opens onto a pleasant garden adjoining a safe sandy beach which is perfect for swimming or boating.
Upper Floor
The layout of Sgioba Cottage is based on a unique open plan design. The uppermost floor is the main bedroom area, with twin beds and access to the balcony. For extra privacy curtains can be drawn over to enclose the space.
Middle Floor
The front door is on the middle floor level. A fully fitted modern kitchen, equipped with a washing machine, cooker, microwave and fridge. A dining area is situated adjacent to the kitchen. Plates, cutlery and glasses are all provided. The stylish bathroom is equipped with a bath with electric shower over, WC, washbasin and electric towel rail for your comfort.
Lower Floor
The living area on the lower floor has digital TV, cosy coal effect fire and two sofas. Sliding doors can be pulled across for extra privacy. Access to the beautiful beach front garden is through the french door, where an outside patio seating area is provided for guest’s use.
Sgioba Cottage’s unique interior
The cottage has been graded by the Scottish Tourist Board for the high standard of its facilities and appearance it has a well equipped kitchen, night storage central heating, colour television and is carpeted throughout for comfort. Linen is provided but guests are asked to bring their own towels. Electricity is metered and charged accordingly. Well behaved Dogs are welcome!
